Our in-house fabrication capabilities include die cutting, slitting, die-less knife cutting, kiss cut, router cutting, 5-axis waterjet cutting, laser cutting and PSA lamination. Our fabrication department handles prototype parts, often with no tooling required. Our extensive line up of equipment handles orders from 1 to 1,000,000+ parts.
Our hose assembly department provides custom hose assemblies from 1/4 inch up to 10 inch in our hydraulic and industrial hose. These assemblies can be tested when required by our Nahad certified hose assembler.
Our plastic fabrication utilizes our inventory of UHMW, polycarbonate, nylon, polyethylene, and more, fabricated to our customers’ requirements on our CNC equipment.
