From its earliest beginnings some 65+ years ago, our Company started out with very few tangibles - no patents, no capital equipment, very few dollars - even our inventory on consignment. What we did start with was the intangible attitude of give the customer more quality, service and value than our competitors, and our future can look bright. Over the years, our intangibles turned into tangible programs beating most of our competition with established quality assurance programs.

One of only 10 distributors originally invited to participate in the Ford Motor Company Distributor Program, F.B. Wright was recognized early on for its willingness to lead in quality assurance. Our efforts were rewarded by earning the coveted Q1 Preferred Quality Status from Ford Motor Company.

Our continuous improvement methods continue well beyond our quality status at Ford. Our next goal was to be recognized internationally with our being awarded ISO 9002: 1994 status. Following this award we continued to improve our quality system by acquiring the knowledge to develop Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) capabilities for our customers.

Today, continuous improvement is a way of life at F.B. Wright. Our latest accomplishment is again international in scope: The ISO 9001:2000 Quality management System award.
